1st May 2008 - May Day May Day May Day Maaaay Daaaaaaay. The lambs have been up early polishing the Maypole and getting the ribbons sorted. They have been practising for weeks and can now Gather Nuts in May and Glide Down the Green Lanes with the best of them. Attaching the bells to their little feet has been a problem (they keep sliding down) but they are all feeling very snazzy indeed in their hanky-hats. They will be dancing away all day and getting giggly on warm ginger beer. If only the camera could pick up the sound, it really does bring the start of spring.
