Weather change!

May 21, 2009 11:51

It’s just lovely for the bullocks today. The sun is shining, the sky is blue and soon they will be in their shorts and off to the beach. Which is one of those things that concern us here. Why do the bullocks stand naked in the field with no shame and then get dressed to go to the beach?

St. George's Day!

April 23, 2009 16:22

Today is the day the lambs celebrate their hero: St George – hooray – let’s hear it for St. George! Legend has it that George slew a dragon to save a princess. Well that’s all well and good – but let’s get to the crux of the matter. St George slew the dragon that only moved onto princess eating when all the sheep had gone.

In honour of the big “G” the lambs and sheep have all dyed their fleeces with big red crosses and they are having a day of non-stop grass eating and trying to belch fire. The farmer will be miffed about the fleeces but by the time he finds out they will be too partied out to care!

Return of the rain!

April 15, 2009 15:13

After a spell of lovely spring weather, the rain has returned to the field. The bullocks don’t look too pleased about it, they were well into the process of spring cleaning the hedgerows surrounding their grassy domain…

Happy Lamb Cam Easter!

April 15, 2009 15:08

Oh dear – looks like the bullocks have over done the Easter eggs. They’re just lolling around looking as if that last Smartie was one too many for their four bellies… Some of them have even come out in brightly coloured spots!

It's a Lamb's Life

June 16, 2008 10:04

It’s another lovely day in the field. This year’s lambs have been spoilt with the weather we’ve had since the beginning of the lambing season. Let’s hope it continues!

Hot, hot, hot!

June 10, 2008 14:15

It’s happening again – the lambs have got their zinc oxide on and they are headed off for Newquay. It’s hot, hot, hot and they want to flex their little lamb legs and hang hooves on their boards.

They are especially keen to see if they can bleat their way into some of Newquay’s Lamb Dancing hot spots. It sounds great – all lambs love to disco.

New look Lamb Cam!

June 03, 2008 15:26

This is the first post for the new look Lamb Cam. We hope you like the changes to these pages, and to the website as a whole.

The sheep seem quite happy in their new home, it feels to them as if it has been completely redecorated!

If you would like to make a suggestion as to how the new site could be improved, please email:
