We want everything you order from us to reach you in perfect condition and we want you to be happy with the goods you receive. However, we understand that there may be instances when you wish to cancel an order with us. With this in mind, here are all the details you need to know before buying from us.
Delivery Details
Your order will be dispatched via our courier (so a signature will be required). It will arrive within 4 working days from our receipt of your order.
Returns policy
You have 7 days from the day after delivery of your order to change your mind and cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order you must tell us in writing (an email, fax or letter.) We will refund the value of your order in full including delivery costs within 30 days of notification of your decision to cancel. Depending upon the circumstances and volume of goods you have ordered and subsequently cancelled we may choose to arrange for the goods to be collected by our courier. This will be at our expense. We are not obliged to refund the value of all goods that have been consumed or opened, although we appreciate that in order to fully inspect and assess items you purchase from us you will need to remove the seals on some products.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Drinkmaster Referral Card Scheme
Referral Scheme Outline
The Drinkmaster referral scheme is designed to encourage current Drinkmaster customers to recommend Drinkmaster to friends and business contacts, by offering gift vouchers to existing customers as a reward when an order for Drinkpacs is received from a contact they have recommended.
How it works
The customer is given two sets of cards, an orange referral reminder card, and blue referral cards. The customer fills in their account number and name on the blue cards, and distributes them to friends or business contacts.
When their friend or business contact gets in touch with Drinkmaster they quote the account number and name on their card. If they then order 50 trays / 25 boxes of Drinkpacs the referee is issued with £20 of Marks & Spencer Vouchers.
Terms and Conditions
The referral scheme is open to any existing customer.
Drinkmaster reserves the right to stop the scheme without notice.
£20 of Marks and Spencers Gift Vouchers will be sent by registered post to the invoice address of the customer account, marked for the attention of the named individual who has filled in the referral card.
If an individual is not able to accept personal gift vouchers, they may instead choose to have their Drinkmaster account credited by £20, or they may nominate a charity to which Drinkmaster will donate the £20. No other gift is available.
Gift Vouchers will only be issued where the card reference number is used by a new customer. If the existing customer refers a friend or business contact who is already a Drinkmaster customer (i.e. they / their company have / has ordered from Drinkmaster within the last 18 months) no gift vouchers / credits / donations will be issued
