GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order with us either by telephone on 0800 373 515, by email at sales@drinkmaster.co.uk.  By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Drinkmaster to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received.

 All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to ensure all drinks are in stock. If when you place your order we feel we will not be able to send it to you to arrive within 5 days we will contact you by telephone or email to advise you of a delivery date and ask whether you wish to proceed with the order.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have 7 days from the day after delivery of your order to change your mind and cancel the order. If you decide to cancel the order you must tell us in writing (an email, fax or letter.) We will acknowledge your communication in writing also. We will refund the value of your order in full including delivery costs, within 30 days of notification of your decision to cancel. Depending upon the circumstances and volume of goods you have ordered and subsequently cancelled we may choose to arrange for the goods to be collected by our courier. This will be at our expense. We are not obliged to refund the value of all goods that have been consumed or opened, although we appreciate that in order to fully inspect and assess items you purchase from us you will need to remove the seals on some products.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
